Sean Ross will be spending another week learning from strength and conditioning guru Mike Boyle in Boston (bodybyboyle.com), preparing for upcoming summer sessions in order to bring the latest in strength and speed development to Little Rock.

Congratulations to the following RSS trained athletes that signed letters of intent to play college football for the following universities:from L-R ...Tyler Lawrence-Central Arkansas, Adam Pearce-Arkansas, coach Ross (denied admission to Notre Dame in '83!), Tyler Deacon-Arkansas, Mac Booth-Missouri Science and Technology(Rolla), not pictured Jake Raine-Ouachita Baptist.
Tyler Lawrence was named MVP, Adam Pearce was named the Most Outstanding Lineman, and Blake Plyler won the Samari Award for dedication at the 2007 Pulaski Academy Football Banquet. Ellie Karvoski and Donna Thomas were 2 of the 10 female athletes from across the country named to the U.S. National Seven's Rugby Team.
Congratulations to the following Ross Strength and Speed athletes for being selected Arkansas All-State for the 2007 football season Tyler Lawrence, Pulaski Academy. Tyler was also named the 5A-Southeast Conference Defensive Player of the Year. Adam Pearce, Pulaski Academy. Pearce had a state leading 17 sacks while gaining 50 lbs. in 2007. Austin Noonan, Pulaski Academy offensive left tackle who made the 2007 all-state team as a junior. Tyler Deacon and Jake Raine of the state finalist Little Rock Christian. Both anchored the offensive line that led the high scoring Warrior offense. Raine also won the Brandon Burlsworth award as the top lineman in the championship game, making this the second straight year a Ross trained athlete has won this award (Tyler Lawrence in 2006). Jeff Roberts of Southwest Christian Academy was named the only All-State player from his team. Sean Ross completed a 1 week mentorship this spring under the famed strength and conditioning coach Mike Boyle in Boston.
Tyler Lawrence, a Junior at Pulaski Academy HS, was named All-Arkansas Junior Defensive Lineman by the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, 5A Southeast All-State and was the recipient of the Brandon Burlsworth Award at the 2006 5A State Title Game. Tyler finished 2nd in the State in the 215 lb wrestling class. Read More
Britny Tomlin was named the 7th Grade Female Athlete of the Year for Bob Courtway Middle School (Conway). She was also named the Bob Courtway Middle School Most Outstanding Female Athlete for 2007, making her a back to back winner of this award.
Ellie Karvoski was named a member of the USA World Cup Rugby Team that will be playing in Edmonton, Canada in August. Ellie is still considered the #1 female rugby player in the USA. She was named Goffonrugby National Player of the Year and was named to the All-World Cup team. The ladies National Sevens Rugby team won the invitational tournament in Dubai, defeating powerhouse national teams England and Scotland. Nathan Campbell ran the fastest 20 yd dash time of all linebackers and posted a 33-inch vertical jump as an incoming freshman at Vanderbilt Unversity.
Adam Pierce (Pulaski Academy) currently weighs 221 lbs, a gain of 36 lbs. since the end of the 2006 football season and posted a personal best in the triple jump and 110 meter hurdles for PA track! He also recorded a 31.5" vertical jump and ran a 4.72 second 40-yard dash at the Razorback Football Camp.
Isaia Ozuna (Little Rock Central) qualified for the Junior Olympic track team by placing 4th at the Regional Junior Olyumpic Qualifying Meet held in Springfield, Missouri.
Morgan Linton (Lonoke), a Sophomore fullback/linebacker, ran a personal best 4.8 second 40-yard dash while weighing in at 225 lbs. at the Razorback Football Camp. Morgan is already receiving recruiting mention from national recruiting publications.
