1 on 1 Training and Small-Group Training is available!

ONLINE TRAINING
Available for those unable to attend RSS, but needing direction with training and nutrition for body composition improvements (fat loss/muscle gain) or sports performance improvements.
$100 per month for program design and unlimited phone or email contact to answer questions and stay on top of progress.


IN-HOME TRAINING or REHAB
$60 a session.

1 ON 1 TRAINING with Coach Ross
For a very detailed and customized program of training and nutrition. Great for those wanting to be supervised and pushed beyond what they would do on their own for maximum results - losing fat, gaining strength or muscle, or improving sports performance.
$50 per 1-hour-session or $300 per month for 2-3 sessions a week.


TEAM TRAINING
Coach Ross has been a strength coach for teams such as Central High Wrestling, LR Christian Basketball, Catholic High football and fitness teams, ARPTC Rugby, and others.

STANDARDS OF DEDICATION AND COMMITMENT
RSS only accepts those that meet certain standards of dedication and commitment to the program. The standards do not involve ability, but rather dedication to attendance, effort, and nutrition.
